The video interpretation of this year's Summer Solstice Essence, looks at our challenges and opportunities through the lens of its key essence, Stargazer Lily.

This summer feels important. Will we come together to move life forward, or will we jump from the frying pan into the fire? Who knows? The Summer Solstice Essence suggests to me that we are up to the former—if we don't weaken, as my Grandmother used to say.

The video is mostly about the conversation between Wholeness and Rightness, and how these twin companions offer us medicine to overcome the fear that can overwhelm our analytical minds.

Rightness, by the way, has nothing to do with "being right." In fact, become friends with rightness and the problems that stem from focusing on "being right" will start to dissipate. Rightness is the way we help each other to express our wholeness, no matter what cycle we are in.
