The 2022 Autumn Equinox suggested a powerful season that helps us shed layers of conditioning preventing us from seeing our simple and beautiful selves. This essence update says, "there is a place in you where your simple and beautiful self resides. She, in her innocence, holds the key to your next steps. Sit with her for a while. You won't regret it." 

This summer will we begin to come together to move life forward, or will we jump from the frying pan into the fire?  The Summer Solstice Essence suggests to me that we are up to the former—if we don't weaken, as my Grandmother used to say.

The video is mostly about the conversation between Wholeness and Rightness. These twin companions offer us medicine to overcome the fear that can lead us to act without wholeness or the mysterious process that "rightness" offers.

I'm so happy to share this short video about this year's Winter Solstice Essence – a sweet looking, yet mighty, little essence.

At first blush, the theme of this season's essence – Joy! – may seem slight. But dig deeper and you will see that Joy is at the heart of our expanded communication skills. Cultivating joy is an extremely smart thing to do this winter.
